We were commissioned to create a brand identity from beyond Mzanzi’s borders  —the Big Apple, nogal. A startup store named Gents specialising in men’s formalwear, required a simple and sophisticated logo that would work on the streets of Brooklyn.

The wordmark we created is understated and the colour palette neutral, but combined with an accent of vermillion stitching and a subtle herringbone pattern — it all comes together like a well-cut suit.

The difference between something good and something great is attention to detail. This is design tailor-made to stand the test of time: like a boss.
