Nourish Project
Although this brand is a charity — feeding nearly one hundred families in need, we were tasked with creating a sophisticated and elegant identity, with no clichéd charity symbolism of hearts and hands. In design climate of “blending”, where logotypes are homogenized and replaced with generic fonts, we are thrilled a serifed typeface made the cut. A spoon shape in the negative space of the N creates an archway which represents hope and opportunity. True to the nature of the Nourish Project, and a tribute to Julie Treger’s empathy, their new identity captures a sense of humility and dignity. We are proud to contribute to this initiative and even more proud of Ubuntuness.
